Organic Avocado & Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup organic milk *also delicious with almond, coconut or oat milks

  • 1/4 cup organic kale chopped and thick stem removed

  • 1/4 of a ripe organic avocado

  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries fresh or frozen

  • 1/2 organic banana fresh or frozen

Instructions:

  • Blend the milk, kale, and avocado together until well combined. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.

Organic Keto Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic coconut or almond milk

  • 1/4 cup organic blueberries

  • 1 tsp real vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp MCT Oil or coconut oil

  • 1 scoop protein powder-optional

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.

Anti-Inflammatory Organic Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup organic blueberries

  • 4 large organic strawberries

  • 1 cup packed organic fresh spinach leaves

  • 1 tablespoon organic flaxseed meal

  • 3/4 cup water or almond milk

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth.  

  • If desired, pour smoothie into popsicle molds or ice cube trays and freeze for future use.
