Organic Avocado & Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup organic milk *also delicious with almond, coconut or oat milks
1/4 cup organic kale chopped and thick stem removed
1/4 of a ripe organic avocado
1/2 cup organic blueberries fresh or frozen
1/2 organic banana fresh or frozen
Instructions:
Blend the milk, kale, and avocado together until well combined. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.
Organic Keto Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup organic coconut or almond milk
1/4 cup organic blueberries
1 tsp real vanilla extract
1 tsp MCT Oil or coconut oil
1 scoop protein powder-optional
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
Anti-Inflammatory Organic Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
3/4 cup organic blueberries
4 large organic strawberries
1 cup packed organic fresh spinach leaves
1 tablespoon organic flaxseed meal
3/4 cup water or almond milk
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth.
If desired, pour smoothie into popsicle molds or ice cube trays and freeze for future use.
