The Best 3-Ingredient Bean Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (8oz Organic Valley shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese*Violife shredded vegan cheeses work really well too!

  • 2-15oz cans organic Eden pinto beans

  • 8oz jar of your favorite organic salsa

  • organic tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan. No need to drain or rinse the beans (add the can liquid too)! Warm it over medium heat until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Mash beans gently with a masher if you’d like a smoother texture.

  2. Serve immediately with tortilla chips. If desired, you can garnish with chopped veggies, like tomato, red onion, green onion and avocado!
